In addition to playing in "Torn City" at level 15 you have the option to travel. It cost time as well as money to travel,
and you can't do anything in the game while traveling. A laptop will allow you to check your mail and see the market value of legal items,
(not drugs) while away from Torn City, but otherwise you can't do anything else that you'd usually be able to.

You can buy weapons, special items, and drugs in the various cities you can travel to.
South Africa offers hunting, which, if you're patient can be fairly profitable.

Few other things you should know:
All travel destinations have items for sale, ranging from weapons & drugs, to fuzzy stuffed animals and sex toys.

Although this can be upgraded, there is a five item limit on what you can bring back from each trip.
South Africa has the hunting special, but it is not the only city to have tourist attractions.
In Switzerland, you can go to drug rehab (helpful if you get kicked from Education, or have an addiction.)

Other cities have specials as well, but not all.
